Raymond Sifiso Ndlovu Dabengwa, born in 1958, is Zimbabwean telecoms executive who is based in South Africa. Dabengwa was the Group President and Chief Executive Officer of MTN Group, where he served for 17 years until November 2015.

Before joining the MTN Group in 1999, where he held various jobs before he became CEO, Dabengwa over the years had garnered a lot of experiences which equipped him with much needed skills in his career.

Dabengwa holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, from the University of Zimbabwe and Masters in Business Administration from University of Witwatersrand.
