He was born on the 26th of May, 1963. Bishop Taiwo is married to Oludolapo Ayanniyi born on the 2nd of November. The Church Headquarters is located at #1 Victory Avenue Rehoboth Cathedral Oluloye Extension, Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria reputed for Soul Winning and planting of Churches all over the world.
The Church started in a Nursery School at Onireke, G.R.A, Ibadan-Nigeria, with five people including two children in the year 1989.
In 1990, the Church moved to a rented space that could sit about 150 people.
In a space of two years, it had become too small, resulting to having two services on Sunday mornings.
By July 1992, The Church procured its first plot of land and started the construction of a 300 seater auditorium.
