Circular public administration sri lanka

The government of Sri Lanka has issued the Public Administration Circular for the commencement of work for the year 2025 under its National Programme, ‘Clean Sri Lanka’.

The circular issued by the Ministry of Public Administration is addressed to Secretaries of Ministries, Chief Secretaries of Provinces, Heads of Departments, and Heads of State Corporations and Statutory Boards.

In the circular, the government states it has planned to implement the Clean Sri Lanka initiative with the objective of making a fruitful transformation in moral, environmental and social aspects, considering all the above facts.

Arrangements have been made to launch this programme by the President on 01 January 2025 at the Presidential Secretariat.
